We are completely backward integrated in order to perform in-house spinning, sizing, weaving, dyeing, and finishing. This is made possible by our 3 manufacturing units that perform different tasks in the process of denim manufacturing. Moreover, our best-in-breed machines, advanced technologies, and end-t0-end quality assurance make our denim products stand out.
The three manufacturing units are spread over a sprawling piece of land. These units are equipped with the latest machinery, including Jacguards and Dobbies. Moreover, our state-of-the-art infrastructure is capable of delivering customer-specific solutions. A case in point is our weaving facility that is capable of manufacturing with the width from 48” to 124”. This includes any count range and construction with 4 colour WEFT options. Our total weaving capacity is 1000 metric tonnes. Additionally, we operate 300 shuttle-less looms.
Because we complete the entire process of Denim manufacturing in-house, we have the ability to respond promptly to changing market demand. This includes manufacturing distinct demands and weaves in short turnaround times.
At Mahak, we aspire to continuously grow our operations. Our demand has grown significantly in the last few years, and we have been gradually increasing our manufacturing capacity to match up to that. However, the last few years have been very good for Mahak and we plan to double our total manufacturing capacity soon to catch up with the growth in demand.
