We have implemented invincible quality control measures at every stage of the process, right from fiber to finishing. We make use of durable cotton, one that’s hand-picked from short-listed farms in India. Plus, our automated manufacturing process and use of foreign made machinery for spinning, weaving, dyeing, and finishing further augment our product’s consistent quality.
Mahak group came into existence in 1986. The objective was to usher a change in the textile industry by focusing on superior quality of denim and professional approach. As a smaller, newer player in the market; we faced many challenges. However, we emphasized on making small strides towards our clearly laid-out vision. Today, we are one of the largest players in the denim manufacturing industry. Our growth in stature echoes in how our manufacturing capacity has grown from almost nothing in 1986 to a substantial number in 2018. While Maruti Nandan Spinning Mill has a capacity of 1000 ton per month, Balaji Polycot can manufacture 26,40,000 MTR every month, and Shyam Texturising can produce 440 TON per month
